At 1Dome.shop, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🕒 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • The item falls under one of the following conditions:

    • You received an incorrect item

    • The product arrived damaged

    • There are sizing issues (for clothing items)

⚠️ Note: Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.


🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Size or color changes (within 7 days)

Exchange Conditions:

  • Subject to stock availability

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you can choose:

    • Store credit

    • Full refund (if eligible)


💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refunds will be sent to your bank account

    • Or we can issue store credit based on your preference

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return or exchange

  3. Our team will:

    • Arrange pickup (if eligible)

    • Or provide return instructions


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, washed, or worn clothing

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories where the hygiene seal is broken
